Thursday Nov 3 ,2022
9am PT, 12pm ET, 6pm CET
Burnout and overwhelm are familiar to all of us. In this exchange we’ll explore wholeheartedness as an antidote to exhaustion. We’ll learn about Clean Language — a simple, powerful, and respectful inquiry that invites organic insights and embodied change. Leaning into inquiry and asking questions untainted by our own assumptions and biases, we’ll explore what is holding us back and what kinds of support might help us live in and work in a more wholehearted way.
Lis has worked as an internal Leadership Coach and Organizational Development consultant at a Fortune 100 company, a local government agency, and most recently broadening to non-profit and community engagement. Since the pandemic, She has deepened her study and practice of trauma-sensitive mindfulness and Qi Gong, and is inspired to bring forward the vision of “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering."
As with all GLEN Exchanges, there will be some sharing from Lis interleaved with dialogue and inquiry from all participants.
