The GLEN Organization
Stewardship Circle
The GLEN began and remains an extension of The Grove Consultants International. After a period working as a non-profit the network is once again affiliated with The Grove as a community centered extension, focused on developing new methods of collaboration and supporting change practitioners through member sourced events. Recently the members selected a Stewardship Circle of five members, using a sociocracy process of proposal and consent. They are charged with organizing and supporting the member-source activities of The GLEN. The Grove also supports programs through the GLEN like Leading as Sacred Practice that is resonant with the GLEN's purpose.
