Our Purpose
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Global Learning & Exchange Network, or The GLEN. It is the continuous learning arm of The Grove Consultants International.
The GLEN was formed to evolve collaborative practice so we can be better prepared to rise to the challenges we face. In this peer-learning community we lead with generosity and lean into inquiry as we learn together.
Our community is for leaders, creatives, organizers & facilitators, both emerging and established, who share a passion for lifelong learning and an intention to make a positive contribution to our world.
We invest in community and explore both the possibilities as well as the responsibilities that arise from our interconnectedness.
Join us! Here's how:
GLEN MEMBERS are those who signup for our mailing list and agree with our purpose and basic principles about collaboration and IP (See Member Pages after you join). Members, through an elected Stewardship Circle, source and lead GLEN Exchanges and The Café. They have access to the member pages that explain how to use the website and propose Exchanges.
GROVE COHORTS are GLEN members who are participants in various Grove developmental programs. Participation varies depending on involvement in The Grove's formal workshops. This relationship is in the process of being organized.
