The Attunement Lab with Krista Bremer

A monthly practice group for building relational skills

Date: Sept 7, Oct 5, Nov 2, Dec 7 (First Thursdays monthly)
Time: 9 - 10:30 am PST/12-1:30 pm EST/6-7:30 pm CET

Relationality is the most important prerequisite for collaboration and innovation — and the most salient characteristic of an effective leader. And transformational work depends on the quality of connection and transmission among participants. Our ability to synchronize with and feel one another is a skill we can develop over time through training and practice. In this group we will practice deepening our presence, listening, embodiment, and attunement. Each session will include a guided meditation and exercises in breakout groups. Drop-ins are welcome – and sustained commitment to the group is preferable, so that we can cultivate a strong relational field for collaborative practice. Krista Bremer, group facilitator, is a certified Thomas Huebl practice group leader, and that training will inform her approach to principles of attunement.
