"It can happen.“…this was participants' number-one realization at gatherings offered in our five-year journey exploring the sacred in leadership. They said it over and over, "What happens here is sacred."
We are fully aware that when we associate leadership with the concept of the sacred, that it doesn't speak to every person. That is not even what we want to do.
But we can experience the sacred. Alone. In groups. As leaders. In periods of transition and transformation. Many times. Repeatedly. People feel it. People can even learn to work with it, to shape sacred spaces, and design and lead processes that evoke an extraordinary experience of coherence and higher ground. And this is a very different way of leading.
Now, it's time for us to meet with more people who are searching for deep and honest ways to practice good and wise leadership.
This series is for...
-
Anyone who is actively working on creating social forms that can support a transition to a more connected world.
-
People who lead group process as consultants, facilitators, and change agents in this time of COVID.
-
Organizational leaders who are guiding transformational change.
-
Thought leaders bringing forth new ways of thinking and sensing.
-
Anyone curious about what we mean by Servant Leaders, Circle Wizards, Natural Natives, Space Stewards, Crucible Guardians, & Ritual Intercessors.
To deepen our connection and experience, this LASP Series is ONE cohort experience with six sessions.
Since 2016, a network of organizational pioneers has been gathering to address the sacred in leadership. During the pandemic we are going virtual, and edgier! We created LASP as a place to support each other as we shed conventions and embrace new forms. In spite of the challenges we face now, our social field is breaking open and allowing something new to emerge. We hope to amplify it and invite you to join us and co-create this exploration.
